Using Pelfi

Terms of Use

Pelfi is operated by Remetric Labs Inc., Ontario, Canada. These terms explain the basis on which we provide the Pelfi website and app. Contact support@remetriclabs.com with questions.

What Pelfi provides

Pelfi offers general pelvic floor and core exercise, breathing guidance, educational material, and tools to support a regular practice. The website lets you explore programs and try the onboarding quiz. Guided practice takes place in the iPhone app and requires membership. App availability may vary by country and release stage.

Pelfi is designed for adults. It is a wellness and fitness product, not a medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescription, emergency service, or substitute for individual professional care. Choosing a program or answering quiz questions does not establish whether an exercise is appropriate for you. The app cannot verify your muscle activity or exercise technique, and no particular physical outcome is guaranteed.

Stop an exercise that causes pain or feels wrong. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure about exercise suitability, have symptoms, or need individual guidance.

Membership and billing

An active membership provides access to the guided programs available in Pelfi. The purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm. A trial or discount applies only when it is expressly shown in your offer.

For App Store purchases, Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Restore purchases in Pelfi using the Apple Account used for the purchase. Deleting the app or erasing practice information does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles App Store refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com. Your refund eligibility depends on applicable law and Apple’s process. These terms do not exclude statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

New web purchases are not currently enabled. If you have an existing web membership, use the management link in your purchase email or contact support@remetriclabs.com. These web-management links do not cancel App Store subscriptions. We will publish applicable web-purchase terms before enabling live web checkout.

Your use of the service

You may use Pelfi and its content for your personal, non-commercial practice. Pelfi’s content, artwork, audio, and software are owned by Remetric Labs Inc. or used with permission. Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, you may not redistribute, resell, or commercially reproduce them. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or its security.

The Inter typeface is distributed under its SIL Open Font Licence.

The iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. Your use of third-party educational links and payment services is subject to their applicable terms.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and how to request access or deletion. Practice history is stored on your device. You can export a copy in the app; erasing it or losing access to your device or backups may affect your ability to recover it.

Updates, availability, and your rights

We may maintain, update, or change Pelfi’s content and features. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, or third-party services. We will provide notice of material changes affecting a paid service where required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
